Roofing
Protection From the Top Down
Quality materials, expert installation, and a clean finish — every roof we build is designed to last decades.
Anatomy of a Roof System
A roof is more than shingles — it's a layered system that works together to keep your home dry and efficient.
Roof Deck
Structural OSB or plywood sheathing that forms the base of the entire roof system — inspected and replaced as needed.
Ice & Water Shield
Self-adhering waterproof membrane applied at eaves, valleys, and penetrations to prevent ice dam leaks.
Synthetic Underlayment
Lightweight, tear-resistant felt layer over the full deck that acts as a secondary water barrier.
Starter Strip
Pre-cut shingle strip along the eave that seals the first course and prevents wind uplift.
Shingles / Metal Panels
The primary weather surface — architectural shingles or standing seam metal installed to manufacturer specs.
Ridge Cap & Ventilation
Ridge cap shingles over a continuous ridge vent allow hot air to escape and extend shingle life.

Roofing Materials We Install
Architectural Shingles
Dimensional asphalt shingles with a layered look and 30–50 year lifespan. Our most popular option.
Impact-Resistant Shingles
Class 4 rated shingles that resist hail damage and may qualify for insurance discounts.
Standing Seam Metal
Concealed fastener metal panels with 50–70 year lifespan and excellent energy performance.
Metal Shingles
Steel or aluminum shingles that mimic the look of slate or wood shake with metal durability.
Synthetic Slate
Polymer slate tiles that look like natural stone at a fraction of the weight and cost.
TPO / Flat Roofing
Thermoplastic membrane for low-slope and flat roof sections — heat-welded seams for a watertight finish.
