Epoxy Flooring

Floors That Work as Hard as You Do

Professional-grade epoxy systems applied with precision — built for garages, basements, and commercial spaces.

Anatomy of an Epoxy Floor System

A lasting epoxy floor is a multi-layer system — each coat serves a specific purpose.

1

Concrete Substrate

The existing concrete slab, ground and profiled to open the surface for maximum epoxy adhesion.

2

Crack & Joint Repair

Cracks filled with polyurea or epoxy filler and ground flush before any coating is applied.

3

Primer / Base Coat

100% solids epoxy primer penetrates the concrete and creates a chemical bond for the build coat.

4

Color / Broadcast Layer

Pigmented epoxy or vinyl flake broadcast into the wet base coat for color, texture, and slip resistance.

5

Mid Coat (Build Coat)

Additional epoxy layer that encapsulates the flake and builds total film thickness for durability.

6

Polyaspartic Topcoat

UV-stable, chemical-resistant clear topcoat that protects the system and provides the final sheen level.
