1

Waterproofing Membrane

Schluter or RedGard membrane applied to all wet areas before tile — the most critical layer for longevity.

2

Shower Pan & Drain

Pre-sloped mortar bed or prefab base with linear or center drain, properly pitched for complete drainage.

3

Wall Tile

Large-format or mosaic tile set in thinset with rectified edges for tight, consistent grout lines.

4

Vanity & Plumbing

Freestanding or wall-hung vanity with vessel or undermount sink, new supply lines, and P-trap.

5

Ventilation

Code-compliant exhaust fan sized to the room's cubic footage to prevent mold and moisture damage.

6

Lighting & Mirrors

Vanity lighting, recessed cans, and framed or frameless mirrors installed level and to spec.
